Pixel Tablet to be Priced at $699

We’ve known that the Pixel Tablet has been coming since I/O. It was one of a trio of upcoming hardware devices the company previewed. Now that it has been revealed, I say reveal, ’cause the pricing hasn’t been shared yet and nor the date for the sale. But there are some rumors around which suggest the pricing for the Pixel Tablet, which is said roughly around $700 which in terms of Google is $699…

The new device is designed to be the last major piece of the Pixel family. Naturally, the system runs Android, featuring Material You. The company says it’s partnered with a number of key developers to design apps specifically for the larger screen. All of that is powered by the same Tensor G2 chip announced for the new Pixel 7.

Most notable here is the addition of a new charging speaker dock. As the company notes, tablets stay at home around 80% of the time, so the accessory is effectively designed to double as a large Next Hub while charging…

Now the main USP of the Pixel Pixel Tablet is the Android experience, with the Android 12L or maybe the 13L which can definitely attract more users…
